I have been working with my internist and Texas Star Pharmacy since September 2024 for a compounded pharmacy medication. They have been absolutely wonderful and suit my lifestyle with text information but are always ready for a phone call and questions. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Hamza, who quickly helped me with my needs on shipping and could not have been more accommodating or friendly. I want to give a huge thank you to Ryan for his help this past week and today. I was in a bind and he made everything right. He was very professional, courteous and a BLESSING I was desperately in need of. I know things fall thru the cracks, especially during the holidays season and Ryan was there to make me a priority, fill my compounded RX and get it shipped to me in just enough time so I wouldn’t miss one capsule. My overall first time experience was great! Denise was extremely kind and walked me through the process of filling medication and answered all of my questions. The pharmacist did a great job explaining to me how to safely use my medication. Would recommend 10/10

My conversation was very nice. I am old. Well I am 66. Kinda old. But all media I do mean ALL is complicated for me. I just called today the young lady was so helpful. I got my Rx and was on my way. I look forward to continuing with them. Thank you very much.
